Snapshots: Pretty Summer Scenes

Orange! I really like orange color especially in summer. Today was quite great day. I had a lot of free time to spend. I preferred to enjoy some sunshine near the field. Unfortunately, I got some itchy spots on my skin. It was so itchy that I could not stop scratching my own hands and legs. Hahaha. But, it was fun to play outside and enjoy the breeze.

Snapshots: Mustard Greens-Tiny Garden

This summer, my father and I are growing some vegetables. We are growing a lot of mustard greens. We make use small land near our house to grow the mustard greens. It is like we are having small but delightful garden in our own home. I am so exciting to see the seeds growing day by day. Now, they are that high. But, sometimes I cannot keep my self not to think about how much we planted. I just reckon that we have planted too much (and then I come up with giggles, LOL). Honestly, we cannot predict how the vegetables will grow and give us some benefits later on. What I should do now is just enjoy watching them growing and harvest them one day.

This late afternoon I spent some minutes to refresh my eyes and my mind after several hours working in front of my laptop. I found that some of the flowers grown by my neighbor have been blooming. So, in hurry I took my pocket camera and went for some photo shots. I got some delightful pictures with hilarious twilight as the background.

Recently, I'm in love with pink color. I don't know, but I could not resist to buy a new pink nail polish even though I have many already. It was kinda hilarious when I matched my pink nails with Hello Kitty ring. Hello Kitty always goes pink (and red). I like this style :)

Summer Skincare and Face Care Routine

Summer time always becomes a great time to play or do anything outdoor. This season is perfect for anything playful such as enjoying the sun light, lying on the meadow (oh, I wonder I can do this), playing with bugs on the grass, dipping our feet in the pool, and many more. However, in Indonesia, summer time or dry season will be something quite annoying. It is because Indonesian people's skin is very easy to get burnt by sun light. Thus, we have to protect our skin in order not to get darker and duller.

Agree with that habit, I also try to always keep my skin protected. So, I prefer to use skincare and face-care containing SPF for daily especially in daylight. Meanwhile, at night I use something calming to keep my skin moisturized and soothed. The followings are the skincare and face-care I use in this summer:

1. Nivea UV Extra Whitening Serum SPF 25 ++

This product is a kind of body lotion. But, this Nivea product comes in smaller particle so that it is called serum. I like this product, by the way, since it contains high SPF level. I use it daily to protect my skin and minimize skin dullness. I love the smell and the texture of this product. The smell is so great and fresh. It reminds me to the summer meadow combining with gentle summer breeze. 

2.Oriflame Optimals White Day Fluid SPF 15

Actually, this is a face whitening lotion. The texture is almost like cream but it is more watery. Maybe, the texture is like body lotion. I use this lotion in daylight since it contains SPF 15. I like it since it can keep my face from dryness and keep my face from darkening. 

3. Oriflame Pure Nature Aloe Vera & Arnica Extract Soothing Cleansing Pads

I use this product to calm my skin after spending hours outdoor. I like the smell. This product can be used to cleanse our face after using makeup as well. I always bring it inside by bag or purse. It is very practical to use.

4. Oriflame Aqua-Rhythm Visible Skin Renewer

This product is like face serum. It is used to renew our skin in very smooth and calming way. I like using this product at night before I go to sleep. In the morning, my face-skin is already renewed, so my face is ready to apply makeup or another face-care product.

Summer Pastel Blast: Nail Polishes and Cute Rings

I'm ready for summer! However, sadly Indonesian Geophysics and Meteorology Department says that some parts of Indonesia will not experience summer or dry season this year. Well, that's true. My province is included in the list of places in Indonesia which will not experience dry season this year. Even though sometimes the day is sunny but suddenly the rain falls down in the end of the day. But, this condition does not really give bad impact to me. I still enjoy the day. I enjoy the day by wearing something in pastel. And today, I bought some cute stuff in pastel colors, they are nail polishes. O ya, I bought two new rings as well. I love them!

I can't wait any longer to try applying those nail polishes on my nails!! Let's see what will happen to my nails tomorrow (now, I'm still selecting which one I will try first, LOL).

Little Cute Stuff, Aww!

Today I hung out with my best friend, Deti at the rest of the day. We spent our post afternoon in a mall. We had our late lunch there. We had so much fun and so many chats. Actually, I did not expect we could hang out today since we had many works to do. But, we tried to spend as much time as possible to refresh our mind by going to the mall. And, you know, I got some little cute stuff there. If you, guys, are living in Indonesia you must be accustomed to "Stroberi". Well, this one is a well known accessories retailer in Indonesia. Today, Deti and I went there to see what cute stuff we could find there. You know, I love accessories retailer and accessories shop. I always consider them as treasure islands or Pandora boxes while I am a treasure hunter, LOL. Kinda weird, eh? When visiting Stroberi today, I found cute rings. For your information, I am a fan of Hello Kitty. I adore Kitty since I was in kindergarten. Kitty or cat is just too cute to ignore. Nah, I found a cute Hello Kitty ring there. It costs IDR 15.000. To complete the cute look (I expected to make it much cuter) I bought another ring which costs the same amount of money with the Hello Kitty ring. I named the other ring "caviar ring" since the shape is like caviar. LOL.

They are cute, right? 

Hey, 2 years ago I stuck Hello Kitty plastic crystal sticker on my laptop. It shows how much I love Hello Kitty and any cats :)

Fun Saturday Night Outfits

Since there was nothing to do in this Saturday night so I preferred to wear very casual outfits. I wore deer printed shorts and jersey bear t-shirt. Those outfits gave me a lot of fun to enjoy the night. Literary, I love the shorts and the t-shirt. I bought the t-shirt maybe 2 years ago but still love it until now. Meanwhile, the deer printed shorts remind me to the trend of animal printed fashion. I bought them for very cheap price. I really love them since they come in my favorite color, red about semi burgundy :)

Snapshots: Hot Hot Day

Woah! Today is so hot. Unlike the other days previously, today is full of sunshine. I really enjoyed the day. I decided to take a bath earlier and wore my casual Bart Simpson shirt and cotton short compiled with cute bunny bow headband. Seems that Cheeten enjoyed the sunlight too. She did sun bathing for a while. She is so lovely. Now, she is getting bigger. So much bigger than the day I found her. Hey, I think it is better to get some ice cream :)

Hey, I just made an experiment with picture collage. Actually, I have been doing something with picture/photo collage already, but I haven't done it for OOTD (Outfits Of The Day). Now, I made it. I made two collages of my OOTD. I took the pictures on Tuesday and Wednesday. Enjoy them, hope you like :)

I had so much fun to do on Tuesday. I enjoyed the short time sunshine before the rain comes over and over again. I kept walking barefooted on the grass. I love grass, they smell nice.
What I wore: lollipop T-shirt (bought online for $8.5), ethnic short (IDR 20K), vintage watch (bought online for IDR 35K), and a disco ball ring (Sakola for IDR 12K).

I had much leisure time on the hot Wednesday. So I decided to wear my new tribal tank top. I love it very much.
What I wore: tribal tank top (IDR 16.5K), studded watch (bought online for $8.8), owl head ring (Sakola for 15K).

Cheap fashion does not always look cheap. You should make it worth the style.

Cheeten: The Kitten I Rescued Today

Accidentally I rescued a kitten. Yes, a kitten alive. At 2.40pm I heard a kitten meowing when I was writing such article for my client. I was so curious so I decided to look for it. I followed the meowing sound so carefully. Then, I found a kitten, lonely kitten, crawling on the grass. Actually, I found that kitten in my neighbor's yard. Nobody was there and no mother kitty there, so I picked the kitten. Firstly, I was afraid of hurting the little kitten. I saw that the kitten was afraid of me too. Then, I decided to give it a small piece of fried chicken. But sadly, the kitten did not want it. It refused to eat the small piece of fried chicken I gave. 

I waited very long time, I guess it was about 1 hour before the kitten followed me. I sat on the grass just to make it comfortable with my existence. After two hours passed, the kitten was not afraid of me anymore. He (I guessed the kitten is male), wanted to get closer to me. He loved my feet. He always tried to touch my foot and play with it. I was happy because he wanted to play with me. Unfortunately, I did not have instant milk for him. So, I decided to make a milk from dairy cream I got a set with a bottle of instant coffee. He was happy with the "artificial" milk made of dairy cream.

I preferred to keep him as my new pet. He is so lovely. His eyes are so dame cute and adorable. He got blue semi greyish eyes. My previous cat has neon yellow eyes, so ordinary I guess. And now I got a blue greyish eyed cat. Plus, this kitten has bunny tail. Wow, I am so excited. My brother is very happy to. He loves the kitten. Finally, we give him a name "Cheeten Carmello". I got the name Cheeten and Carmello from my Facebook friends. They are so lovely indeed. They said that Cheeten fits to my kitten because the hair on his head is like cheetah's hair, while his face reminds us to sweet creamy caramel.

Cheeten wanted to play hide and seek with me :)

I promise my self to keep Cheeten until I don't know when exactly. I just love this kitten. :)
